Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of tradetrustaz.com, operated by TRADE TRUST AZ LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. By purchasing or using the service you agree to them.

What the service is

TradeTrust AZ produces a neutral, numbers-only report comparing the pricing in your uploaded Arizona contractor estimate against regional pricing data. The report presents figures — quoted amount, regional median, percentile position, and sample size.

What the service is not

• The report is not a verdict, score, grade, or ranking of any contractor.
• It is not legal, financial, or professional advice, and it is not a recommendation to hire or not hire anyone.
• Regional baselines are statistical context, not a guarantee of what any job should cost. Your project's specifics may legitimately differ.

Coverage rules

• Arizona only. Documents from other states are parked and no report is generated.
• Recency. Documents dated within the last 180 days are eligible; older documents are parked.
• If the state or date cannot be determined from your document, it is routed to manual review rather than guessed.

Purchases and entitlements

• Each purchase entitles you to one delivered report. Pricing is set at checkout and processed by Stripe.
• Your purchase is only consumed when a report is actually delivered. Parked documents, documents needing manual review, and reports withheld by our quality gates do not use up your purchase.
• Duplicate documents (a file already used for a different order) and incomplete or implausible documents are held for manual verification. Your purchase is preserved while we review.

Acceptable use

• Upload only documents you have the right to share.
• No attempts to probe, overload, or circumvent the service's technical or governance controls. Requests are rate-limited.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRADE TRUST AZ LLC's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
