TradeTrust AZ is operated by TRADE TRUST AZ LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we," "us"). This policy describes what we collect when you use tradetrustaz.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

• The document you upload. A PDF of a contractor estimate, which may contain names, addresses, phone numbers, and pricing details.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we receive only an order identifier and payment confirmation from Stripe.
• Basic technical data. IP address and request logs, used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

How your document is handled

• Personally identifying information (names, addresses, phone numbers, emails) is automatically removed from your document's text before any AI processing occurs.
• The de-identified text is analyzed by Claude, an AI model operated by Anthropic — our sole AI processor. No other AI provider receives your data.
• Delivered reports are stored, associated with your order, for audit and customer-support purposes.
• A cryptographic fingerprint (hash) of your uploaded file is stored to prevent the same document from being reused across different purchases. The fingerprint cannot be reversed into your document.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use your documents to train AI models.
• We do not share your information with advertisers.

Service providers

We use a small set of infrastructure providers to run the service: Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI report generation, on de-identified text only), and cloud hosting/database providers. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.

Retention

Order records and delivered reports are retained for business, audit, and legal-compliance purposes. If you would like data associated with your order deleted, contact us with your order ID and we will honor the request unless we are legally required to retain the record.

Your choices

You may request access to or deletion of information associated with your order at any time by contacting us.
